Using Crime For 'Change.'
Government's "use" of crime (the border issue, terrorism, etc.) to gain access (control) over "the people." The agenda is not to "stop" crime but to "use" it to bring "regions" together, using the consensus process, circumventing (bypassing) local, representative, limited government.

If the father's/Father's authority creates the "guilty conscience," which restrains the child from "perpetrating" "deviant behavior" (committing a crime), then why do we have government using the consensus process to negate the father's/Father's authority over his family? It is all done in the name of "community," i.e. using crime to gain access into the families of the "community" for the 'purpose' of socialist 'change.' The objective of "community policing" is to use "social, environmental forces to change the parent's behavior toward their children." (Theodor Adorno, The Authoritarian Personality)
